This club does not honor its contracts and with Covid in place takes advantage of people who are out of work. They are very rude and lie to the people who they claim to help. I moved out of state in March and because of Covid and shut downs could not cancel my contract. Once they opened up I tried to cancel but they still charged me for 2 months and now after they said I would get refunded are backing down and don't want to refund me. So glad I left this gym, but will continue to fight for my money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The gym looks nice, but honestly just a normal gym, nothing special. EVERYONE who works here is so rude. And, they always have a problem billing people extra with NO WAY of refunding. My friend and I both got double monthly payments a while ago and now even with a whole pandemic they are super rude on the phone and overall just a terrible experience here. If I could give this place zero stars I would I cancelled my membership months ago due to a injury. Only to find a hefty charge on my card. Called spoke to someone about this matter only to be disrespected and called a liar about my cancellation by someone whom stated they were a manager! Upper management is the face of the company and if this is how you treat customers in such an unprofessional manner then you need to be fired or retrained in customer service. They way oversold memberships. Be prepared to wait for everything for a while. Not enough benches. The dumbbell rack was empty the whole time i was there. People were packed in like sardines working out in the walkways and actually bumping into each other.

I must say the gym is well kept and clean. Most employees seem content. when I go it does seem more of a social club then a gym as many are sitting on equipment texting or reading texts and makes it very hard to get a workout in. Also notice many do not clean of the work out station they have just used. As I work 3 to 4 days a week on a part time basis I try to use the gym as much as possible, but do to age as I am 74 if I sustain a pulled or strained muscle or tendon it may take me a week or so to recover to where I can us... read more

Specifically my family has experienced the following issues since this location opened 1. Billing has been a constant issue. Friends have also had the same issues with hidden fees/surprise overcharging that takes far too much time to continually track and resolve (was overcharged several times and again more recently overcharged again in June than finally sent a check in September). Started in July and they have cancelled classes with no notice, the instructors are telling the class attendees that this will be the last class. The management staff is unprofessional. Both the assistant manager and regional managers were rude, belligerent, and unwilling/unable to back up the contract in writing when a cancellation request was made. Waited at the counter for membership info for 10 min without acknowledgement. Set for another 10 on that chair by the door and still nothing so I decided to walk out. Plenty of other, less expensive gyms

Currently waiting at the counter of edge fitness with the receptionist giving no effs about me waiting while shes using her phone. Gave me the coldest greeting while the other receptionist is trying to get laid by a customer. This is the most idgaf place ive ever been to. Lol i hope it crashes
