I have never had such an awesome experience at a gym as I have had at this one! I love the gym so much I now go 5 days a week, when I signed up I said I could commit to 2-3 days a week. The staff is so friendly and willing to help. The trainers are AWESOME and will do anything they can to help you succeed. The cinema is a relaxing pace to the regular floor area but still offers a great workout. I don't have the membership to include the womans area but it's an awesome concept. Nice gym neat and clean although it is new. I have seen one or two equipment machines broke or down which shouldn't happen with a NEW gym and when I had my body analysis they where out of ink and paper so I was unable to get a print out which I was looking forward to. With all the members they should have more then one massage chair for members and the controller is already broke so its really hard to see what your setting the chair for. Over all nice love the sauna and the movie room.

Been a member for almost a week. There is so much to do at this club! Beautiful spin bikes. The energy is high. It's spacious, new and clean, but it won't stay clean and organized if the members don't pick up after themselves. I would also like to see management enforcing the rule prohibiting children in the workout areas--its dangerous. Plus, members have their coats and bags on the floor and benches -it's inconsiderate and presents a trip hazard. I'll update the review as time goes by. Worth checking out.

I love this atmosphere and environment. Although the women staff at this specific location are very rude and I find it to be the case almost ALL the time. Smh

Extremely disappointed with the lack of service here. I've been a member since pre-pandemic, but they have zero loyalty to their customers. It took months of back-and-forth just to freeze my account for personal reasons. To make matters worse, they failed to honor a promotional rate they promised me because their staff took too long to process the paperwork. The communication is cold, inflexible, and dismissive. A complete lack of "customer" in their customer service.

I find that the business model that Edge Fitness Club operates is nefarious and insidious. You have methods of application for a membership online without showing your would-be clientele a breakdown of their receipt until they have already been charged and had the contract signed. There is no mention of the "Processing Fee," which is an added cost of $19.50 to the already exorbitant $114.99 payment due to the $99 enrollment fee for the basic tier on top of the expected $15.99 monthly payment. I'm not even sure where to start but overall, this place is no worth it at all. I went as a guest a couple times with a friend and convinced to open my own membership. I should have known what the experience would be just from sitting down with the associate who opened my contract. They had the most unwelcoming attitude and coldness to them. Too crowded and too many young people 20s. The huge ceiling fan makes it cold inside. I went to use my free pass and never got to use it since the entire time they wanted to sell me a member.
