They I was trying to renew my membership cause it expired they told Me because I'm using a method of payment with a credit card that it would have to be extra 4$ these kids are dum they tell u one thing on the phone and another in person but it's okay tho I love it here I even had a child care membership for over a year I will be taking my money esle we're the Ymca offer more anyway they got Me F up
The gym itself is nice. Went back for the first time in two months after getting super sick with COVID. The bathrooms were trashed. No soap in the dispenser. Seems that they were understaffed? Maybe? I went up to an individual with red curly hair who worked at the desk. Told him that the soap dispenser in the mens bathroom was empty. He asked me if I had checked the other three. The facility, personal trainers and group classes are nice. The rest of the way the club is managed is terrible and far out weighs the good. Forget about talking to a manager. 3 times they had me wait for over 30 minutes only to than say they were not available. If you do make a mistake and join, make sure you have them print out and Read the terms. During discussions about joining everything discussed was always one year. I've had a lot of problems with this gym. Last May they forced me to sign for another year because I signed up in January 2020 before the pandemic hit and then they unfroze my account without my knowledge or permission in July 2020 apparently. At that point I wasn't even ready to go around people because of COVID. They called me at the beginning of last year and threatened me that if I did not sign up for another year that they would put me in collections. All billing was stopped while the clubs were closed due to the state mandated COVID shutdowns and all members were sent several notices in advance of the re-opening date that was also set by the state. Horrible. Trying to cancel membership is a nightmare. I sent in proof of relocation and I hear nothing back so I email them to confirm they received it and they say they never got it . I have the screenshots! It's in the email how are you loosing this Information?!

This gym is a scam. If you have to move to a location that does not have an edge fitness gym nearby, expect to continue paying your gym membership for 2 months before it is canceled depending on when your cancelation request is initiated. Please be aware that there is a 30 notice requirement that allows them to continue billing you starting from the date that valid documentation to cancel your contract has been provided. I do not recommend joining this club.

This club does not honor its contracts and with Covid in place takes advantage of people who are out of work. They are very rude and lie to the people who they claim to help. I moved out of state in March and because of Covid and shut downs could not cancel my contract. Once they opened up I tried to cancel but they still charged me for 2 months and now after they said I would get refunded are backing down and don't want to refund me. So glad I left this gym, but will continue to fight for my money.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The gym looks nice, but honestly just a normal gym, nothing special. EVERYONE who works here is so rude. And, they always have a problem billing people extra with NO WAY of refunding. My friend and I both got double monthly payments a while ago and now even with a whole pandemic they are super rude on the phone and overall just a terrible experience here. If I could give this place zero stars I would I cancelled my membership months ago due to a injury. Only to find a hefty charge on my card. Called spoke to someone about this matter only to be disrespected and called a liar about my cancellation by someone whom stated they were a manager!
