Very pushy sales people. Go fast and don't explain in detail then you get locked in a contact that is extremely difficult to get out of.

My wife and kids are members here. The last three visits I have made I have come down sick; including the most recently in March a few weeks back. The last two time ms my wife and oldest son used the club they also became sick. The most recent time I went I contracted a serious upper respiratory infection that I am still suffering from. My entire family has gotten sick including an uncle that is currently in the hospital. I no longer can feel safe using this fitness club. Right when my daughter turned 18 she went there just to check it out. The guy there pressured her into an up-sale (higher priced membership than she wanted). I went there with her and explained to the manager that she had just turned 18 and she felt pressured and did not want this membership. He informed me that she was put on a 2 year contract. My daughter was absolutely floored and stated no one told her it was a 2 year contract. My daughter thought she was signing a Liability Waiver. Unfortunately teens are more trusting... read more

I like the Farmington site lot I love the classes and instructors Sarah K,Todd, Michelle, and Damion he does Body Pump. The reason I'm giving it 2 stars is the unprofessional of management. The locker room is clean the thing I dislike is since I have been an active member my sign in app has not been working properly. So I would have to call the gym to sign into the class only to get told the class is full and so is the wait list. Will was in the process of helping me however he quit. On November 07 I cancelled the Edge Strong service because I used it just once and I didn't like it having my cancellation confirmation from the respective representative at that time, although I have my cancellation letter the club continued charging me the cost of the service contrary the cancellation agreement with the Club. Very gimmicky gym. Joined with the pretense that I would be getting a signup bonus for my friend and it never showed up. Promised clean locker rooms, they're already pretty gross after being open for a few months. The classes that I pay extra to have available to me HAVE A FEE NOW LMAO. This place is very obviously a quick money grab for the company. They force you into a one year contract with a $50 yearly fee.
