Overall nice gym, but they cannot seem to be able to manage to keep the men's sauna working ...it's broken up to 50% of the time but they're giving 0% refunds. Management needs to enforce their rules against tampering with the sauna stove and kick out the knuckleheads who keep breaking it. SMH.

We completely share in your frustration Mark. Despite having the rules posted, there are some that continue to pour liquids on the unit, which causes it to malfunction. Our team has increased their walkthroughs, however we do encourage and appreciate members to report it to a manager if you witness the violation so that they may address on the spot. Anyone who is found to be tampering with the unit will be dealt with accordingly.

Scam scam scam scam do not even think about signing up for a membership. There should be no reason why it's easier to get a divorce than to cancel a membership here. The people who work here act oblivious

the ABCFitness group who has set up financing for this gym does not explain to members that are struggling to keep up with the negligent charges they make you your account whenever and however they choose. it's willfully irresponsible for a company to take money out of your account at non designated times and then act like it's your fault. Then come up with another reason to never cancel your membership. LifeTime would never treat their customers this way. Anything to get $59 from everyone!!!!!

If you're about to make the grave mistake of joining this club DONT!!!! They are money hungry and will run you through the wringer if you want to cancel your membership. Depending on how long your contract is with them they'll make you pay for the remainder of the contract which could be up to two years. After the term is up they'll just move you to an open member without telling you and still charge you. Membership cancel is worst. Just another way to get as much money as they can in the name of there shitty contract. Never recommending this gym to anyone. I hope yelp would have given an option to rate in negative I would have done that.

Horrible and unprofessional with the payments. It's so hard to cancel membership. I cancelled my membership as per their 30 day notice period but they still deducted yearly membership money saying that it's a protocol. How can you deduct an yearly fees from someone who has already cancelled their membership and has proof via email???? They replied saying we need that for maintenance. I've reached out to The Edges customer care/ help email for questions twice and never received anything back. When calling the gym the employees don't know much either. So on top of bad customer service and stupid cancellation rules after your year is up I can't even get any answers either.

Gym is nice. Horrible customer sevice. Horrible. They get mad when you don't sign up for the 34.99 and only sign up for the 9.99.

Joining the edge gym has been one of the worse experience of my life. I joined the gym and was told I'd I relocated it would be no problem to cancel my membership. First of all when I informed the gym I moved and wanted to cancel i was directed to a third party and I formed I could not cancel they would soon be opening a gym that might be close. I now have to drive 25 min there and back. so to work out I have to have 2 hours to plan a work out.
