I wish I could give Edge Fitness 0 stars. While the facility is beautiful, the contract is a rip off. They will not allow you to cancel if you don't feel safe due to Covid or have even contracted covid. If you use your two freezes they still want their money back and will make you pay based on extending your year contract. I hate that I even signed up. I am highly disappointed and should have just stayed with planet fitness.
Clearly read the contracts and take it to someone that can be frank and explain all of the clauses, the staff will not explain the details clearly. They will try to get as much money from you as possible. They will also try to force their products onto you using your card on file and no signature. Be careful!
Told them I felt uncomfortable going in because of covid and wanted to cancel my membership but they wouldn't let me until I payed over $700 or just pay regularly for 24 months what's the point of paying when I'm not going there??
Beware!!!! This is not a Planet Fitness!! I went in and signed a member pink agreement on February 16, I then changed my mind and followed their instructions sending an email to customercare@abcfinance.com. I was not answered for two days and then told I couldn't cancel my CONTRACT with them. I was never informed this was a contract or even given a copy of what I signed. Great choice of machinery and a awesome turf area. The staff leaves something to be desired, maybe not so much the staff - but the customer service. I run a dealership, so I know sales - this place is clearly all about the sale than the customer. I got to the front desk, told them that I signed up online the night before and was handed a keycard and told to have a good time.
