Hey we really enjoy coming here except for the music. You have younger people working here but it's more middle age to older people during the day and this music (rap) you have on is so depressing and not uplifting for working out. Come on! It's just awful.

How is this gym never clean despite the fact getting charged for an "annual cleaning fee" every month. It smells like it has never been cleaned. Machines are always broken and it just opened. If that's not enough, the high school kids running around like it's chuck e. cheese will help your guest experience. Some of the employees are the rudest people I've ever seen, how you conduct that way when you're working SALES is crazy. Opened a membership over a year ago, wanted to cancel, could not, said had to wait a year, it's been over a year and they will not cancel.

I've never visited or signed up for anything from edge fitness yet they somehow got my phone number and now send me spam texts on a regular basis. I block every number I get their spam from and it keeps coming day after day. I don't want to join their club and I can't opt out of their predatory messaging because they have infinite numbers to send it from. DO NOT GIVE THIS GYM YOUR INFORMATION FOR ANY REASON.

Amazing equipment, too many members.... Stop signing people up. Its absolutely insane, from 4:30AM to closing this place is body to body and its beyond irritating. Love working out here. However the amount of people actually gives me anxiety's daily. Wish I never joined here. If you like to workout more in solitude don't workout here.

Terrible customer service! My family has been looking for a new gym for a few months now and my father was considering getting the premium membership for us all, but he wanted me to go there first while I was home on break to see what I thought of it since I am a more frequent gym goer than the rest of my family. I haven't had a gym membership since COVID hit us and now after two long years began my search to find a new gym to call my new home. The Edge Fitness Clubs quickly caught my eye because it's so close to my house so I decided I was going to give them a shot. Hello Jim, we are disappointed that you did not receive the level of service you should have. We do offer 3 plans, so that our members have options, depending on what amenities they are seeking and what kind of budget they are working with. The processing fee is only a one time charge, not monthly. The annual fee is charged once per year only.
