Terrible customer service! I haven't had a gym membership since COVID hit us and now after two long years began my search to find a new gym to call my new home. The Edge Fitness Clubs quickly caught my eye because it's so close to my house so I decided I was going to give them a shot. We do offer 3 plans, so that our members have options, depending on what amenities they are seeking and what kind of budget they are working with. The processing fee is only a one time charge, not monthly. The annual fee is charged once per year only. Although the gym is very nice, great equipment and clean, the way that this company does business is awful. My husband and I were moved out of state and provided the required documentation to cancel our membership. The Edge actually uses a third party to handle all of their membership finances, and dealing with them is a total nightmare. They keep you on hold forever, disconnect the call, and do not reply to emails. We provided the necessary forms and they still only canceled my husband's membership, not mine. managers at this establishment treats people with disrespect and unprofessionally. personal matters should be taken care of in the offices not on the gym floor in the middle of peoples workouts. not only did you embarrassed yourself with the unprofessionalism but you embarrassed the person you had a dispute with and ruined everyone lifts for the day. also why are there so many people working at once. all eight of you just sit behind that counter and do nothing. if there is eight of you how could a member "sneak in with his f... read more

want to give more stars to this facility only because I love my trainer but I cannot. This place is ran horribly and deception plays a huge role here. When I started I was told I was signing a 4-week contract and was able to cancel at any time before the pay date. I then canceled a day before the pay date and was charged. I called the facility and was told I was in a locked 8-week contract and that I needed to cancel a month before. If there is any issue with your membership, you are screwed. The management will only offer an apology with NO action behind it. NONE of the management - including the gym manager - is to be trusted! My opinion AVOID THIS GYM AT ALL COSTS!
