Out of all the gyms I have been to in Chicago this one is the best. So to start off they have cleaning equipment all around the gym. The gym is really organized and the staff is nice. I would love to see a hip squat machine, a hip thrust machine, and some heavy bags in the future. They do have a huge variety of equipment. They maintain the gym very well.

This gym is nice. A lot of muscling building grunting guys though. The woman's locker room isn't very clean. Same dust bunny/hair clump for over 5 days as of this review. The lockers and the seats in front of the lockers also look dirtier and dirtier by the days. I do enjoy the sauna but can also see it's never cleaned. I have never seen an employee cleaning and the locker room definitely doesn't smell clean/bleachy.

I want my money back from this place. What's with the contract? I should be able to cancel anytime. They made me clean up the stairs after puking. Machines are never vacant. Employees with bad hygiene looking like they rolled out of bed. Toxic environment. Harassment in every corner. People stealing your stuff. Machines are always broken. Restrooms aren't stocked up. While it is a nice newer cheap gym.... They can't decide there hours. Used to open 4am weekdays and then went to 24 hours. They've flip flopped several times and I can't keep up. This is the second time I've driven all the way there too find they've changed to 4am again. Never get an email or notice of hour change either. They also don't open until 7am for weekends and those of us that work at 8am, can't even use our gym. I was also promised a locked in price for life for signing up months before this location opened. I had terrible experience with this Gym, They charged my credit card for an membership involved without notifying me or getting my consent. There was no prior email call or reminder just unexpected charge. When I reach out to customer service, they were unhelpful and refuse to issue a refund This is a dishonest way of doing business. They lock you in a contract and you can't get out even when the contract is up!!! They make you submit a 30 day written notice (even when you are not in contact anymore). Worst gym ever! Always crowded (probably bc they don't let anyone cancel). DONT JOIN HERE! RUN

the facility was great. It had everything that I could ask for. All good until I wanted to cancel my membership after my initial contract term expired. Then there came the bs...the cancellation experience caused my view of the fitness club to be completely degraded, with their scam tactics.

Update: now they are texting me, emailing me and borderline harassing me to stay with their club after I FINALLY was able to get them to allow to me to cancel after a YEAR of not working out and being charged. Consistently mischarged for personal training. I am never given a reason as to why I'm just given the run around. Do not sign up for personal training unless you plan on being mischarged more times than you've been correctly charged. Beware!
