Went in as I signed up for the free week trial online, they asked me if I was in college (I am). They told me they don't offer week passes to college students because they might not sign up after (whats the point of offering anyone a week pass then?). When I asked if I could work out there for the day since I drove 20 minutes, the guy said yes, that will be $15. How did we go from a free week to $15 for the day? I am never coming here again on principle alone. Terrible.

When signing up they require 2 credit cards in case 1 wont bill. The past 3 months they have been charging my card a 30 late fee even with 2 cards on file. I just picked up on it after looking closer at my statement. Went in to talk to manager, and got nowhere. Was told to call 800 number. they were even worse. Can imagine what it will be like trying to cancel my membershi. Stay away. Better places out there
