Edge is a great looking Gym and Staff is Nice enough. The real problems is how unethical they are. I signed up for training and they said they would like a 60 day commitment. we said no problem and we said we would decide after the 60 days and they said no problem. So we started to do our training sessions. Trainer was great. We had to cancel for May because we are on vacation and have travel for Work and they still want to bill us for another Month. It is a great place but unfortunately then more members they got then less they care if some members unhappy with service provided. They had to hire more staff during this month and today one of them even didn't smile when I came and she wasn't polite either when talked with my son! Why do I pay my money to get negative emotions there after work? So, this place is getting worse already!
I left my gym before this one opened based on information from the woman who set us up. One of the best benefits was the Kids Zone. My wife and I explained that our existing gym was inconvenient because it closed for cleaning in the middle of the day. She responded " we close too but it is just an hour or so around lunch time" Since they had activities we decided to go for it. Fast forward to opening day.
