Everyone was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I have terrible anxiety and they were able to help me stay calm. Arlette was amazing in trying to help with my insurance, both doctors jacob and megan? i believe were fantastic. and the nurse was amazing i cannot remember her name but she had tattoos and blonde hair. i hate IVs and she helped me feel comfortable and got the IV in second try even with my rolling veins and all that fun stuff. My experience was so good that I actually tried to message the clinic at 3 in the morning to rave about it. My pain (shingles) was 8/10 edging toward 9, and I have renewed sympathy for patients suffering with this condition (I’m a registered nurse) and a WHOLE new respect for Tylenol with codeine! The care I received was excellent. The staff was courteous and friendly. I was in the exam room within 10 minutes of my arrival. All the appropriate tests were run and within a couple of hours I had a diagnosis. I was given treatment and advised to follow up with my doctor. If I ever have another medical emergency- I will come here again.
