Of course no one wants to have to go to any emergency medical facility but this one was by far the best. Fast, easy, and compassionate staff. Dr. Williams was so thorough and caring that I wish she could be my primary doctor. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Came in with a facial laceration. Was seen very quickly. Great knowledgeable and gentle care. I received very thorough aftercare instructions. Price was reasonable.

My wait time was speedy as usual. I was seen and treated appropriately, not sent away to after barely looking at me like other places with not even a single medication. The emergency clinic of Alamo Heights is my go to when I need urgent care. NP Barbara, was very caring and took time to listen to my concerns and symptoms. She gave me adequate treatment for my issues and I left feeling a lot better than when I arrived. I thank the entire staff as they’re always pleasant!

. Excellent doctor. Excellent staff. I required a CT scan with contrast and was able to do this at this Clinic/ Emergency. By far much better treatment than a Hospital Emergency Room. This ER Clinic is able to do the same things a Hospital ER can without waiting forever.
