We went to the NYE party, we got tickets to see fireworks at Disneyland but it rained so they never throw them. The only reason we came all the way to Anaheim was for the fireworks but the fifth didn’t gave us the chance to refund us for the tickets so we went anyways. Not a good idea. The staff was rude, the dj was definitely the worst dj I’ve ever had. The music he played felt like we were entering 2007 instead of 2023, people were so off and barely dancing, we just danced to two songs the whole night.
Nice view, not impressed with the food or the drinks.
Well my overall feel was 2 stars but for location I would give it 5 stars, price and quality 3 stars but for service 1 star. We were there last night, we arrived a bit before 7 pm for 80s night, we didnt have a reservation and placed our name on the list. We stood by the bar for at least an hour. There were at least 8 open tables that the hostess claimed were for reservations, we eventually just sat down while we waited, the wait staff must be trained not to look at tables that were not seated by the host. Bartenders are great...food was great...our server, when we saw him (every 20 minutes) was not professional. He put a damper on the whole night.
