Been here a few times, love the vibe, depends on who serves you on how attentive your service is, try the pretzels & brats yum. Food can only improve! Will be back for the atmosphere for sure!
This place definitely gets points for the view. Service left something to be desired though. My mother and I found a table off to the side to stand at since everything else was taken. That was fine. Said table was dirty though, and it wasn't until my mom went and got paper towels and cleaned it herself that someone came along and wiped the table. And after that, nothing. Parking was terrible. Valet always full. View was only thing i liked.
I tried to get 4 different beers each time, we're out, ordered a Jack and coke, the coke was flat and the jack wasn't jack, had to go to bar counter because my server was to busy talking to his friends, the appetizers are ok, I for sure would not recommend anything else on the menu! So just order an over priced bottled beer and an Appetizer!
Do NOT visit this establishment. Went here for a fundraising event. I witnessed someone trip and fall and management and security did nothing to help this person. Instead of offering to help him clean up a busted elbow or even offer to get him a band aid, they escorted him out. They accused him of being drunk. Being a small private party, this person was not drunk. It was a simple accident and handled terribly wrong. It’s a bar, everyone is drinking. Would give 5 stars for being a rooftop place, ambiance, overlooking Disney's fireworks. ! But barely 2 stars for service, customer service n management! Food not great either! Every time we call for reservations..., no one ever answers! If you book online you don't hav an option of table!! And let's not forget !, very, very limited parking n valet!! You hav to park blocks away! �
The parking situation is not ideal. To have people park all the way at the garden walk and walk to the restaurant is not ideal! That whole situation turned me off and not want to go!
Terrible experience. Waited over an hour for food and still didn’t come out. No communication from staff. Ended up walking out. And coffee was terrible.
