RecommendedI needed a urn wreath for my Mother's funeral. I found a formal one on their web site. I explained my Mom loved nature and gardens-did not want a formal rose themed wreath. For a small upcharge they made a beautiful urn wreath, changing the colors and flowers to make it look like a beautiful garden. All the flowers where fresh and vibrant.
Ordered a small planter with pink roses. Everyone loved the arrangement and I know the Birthday Girl will too. She will be 92.

Never delivered the flower arrangement my wife ordered. Claimed they couldn’t find the delivery address. It’s a house on a major street… easy to find… any GPS app will take you right there. Never called to tell us… we had to call them to find out what was going on… then wait days for a reply. Manager was rude, difficult, and talked over my wife. Horrible customer service.
Not what I ordered and a day late. Will never order from them again and I highly recommend you do not either. What was delivered was a cheap arrangement I could have got at a grocery store a day late. The first photo is what was ordered and the second is what was sent. I am so embarrassed.
Awful florist. Made a V-Day order ahead of time order -- was overpriced and a day late with not attempt to contact me that the delivery won't be made on time. Store refused to give a refund.
They are terrible, used 1-800 flowers and they couldn't even get the flowers similar to the picture or size. If you have the choice don't use them. Pricey and low quality.😡🤬
Terrible florist. I ordered a deluxe dish garden for a funeral. What was delivered was a plant in a basket, not a dish. The plant itself was in bad condition, the large leaf in the front of the arrangement was torn and brown. Paid $30 extra for a deluxe arrangement that was supposed to include flowers in the arrangement, there were no flowers. Absolutely do not recommend them! I've had only 2 encounters with them and BOTH were BAD! First time (6 months ago) my sister ordered flowers for my birthday which were to be delivered on a Friday - they were delivered the following Monday and were left in my driveway and were dead when I discovered them in the heat of June (I have pictures).
