Ordered flowers a week before they were to be delivered and they were never delivered. The “manager” is nasty and beyond rude. Have been calling all week. They have hung up on us, sworn they were delivered and they never were, promised to refund the money, nothing. Went there today and they closed 20 minutes early. This place is the WORST. Read the reviews, they are clearly just stealing the hard earned money of people in Frederick.

I ordered flowers for a funeral online and it got subbed to here. I paid $99.99 for a deluxe arrangement. It was a complete embarrassment!!! It looked like a kindergartner arranged them. 12 roses and 4 lilies for $99.99. Never again. So sad.

Raggity roses and a haphazard arrangement. Was supposed to be delivered for Mother’s Day but were delivered on the Thursday after. SMH
DO NOT....I repeat...DO NOT order from them. They are the worst with customer service and the quality of what you receive ....IF YOU RECEIVE IT AT ALL that I have ever experienced. We had a family member unexpectedly die. I called Frederick Florist and spoke with Helen 3 days before any viewing (which we all know because of Coroana 19 is a very difficult time ) and placed an order for a Deluxe Peace Lily to be deliver to the funeral home. Completely and utterly disappointed in this operation. I sadly didn’t read the reviews before placing my order and unfortunately paid the price. I ordered a 90 dollar arrangement for my mother for Mother’s Day. And she got what looked like, a 20 dollar bouquet from the grocery store, maybe. A teenager could have arranged the flowers in this bouquet better after one term of a horticulture class. All the flowers are lumped together, no arrangement to them at all. This place is absolutely horrible and nothing but a joke- My husband had flowers sent to my office for Valentine’s Day they looked pretty all wrapped up when I got them home and let the breathe they were dead.... Mind you $97.00 flower arrangements shouldn’t die in 4 days.... I do not recommend this place at all this is HORRIBLE business practice to send out dead flowers. My Corporate Office sent their Top Producers a balloon arrangement. Frederick Florist did not wait for anyone to answer the door; they left them outside tied to the banister outside our front door (in the evening when it was dark!!). Good thing we were not on holiday. Then today, 12 hours later, 3 of the 5 balloons are on the floor. Very poor product and customer service. Is this the quality of Service from FTD Florists?

Ordered Christmas arrangement on Dec 18th to be delivered on the 23rd. It was finally delivered on the 26th. Nothing even close to a Christmas arrangement and was nearly dead. Was also confirmed delivered but and was not delivered. This was ordered through FTD. Pretty sure FTD would not approve of the way they do business. Have also emailed the florist and haven't heard back from them.
