I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary and asked that they be delivered during her business hours. As the workday was coming to a close and the flowers had not arrived I called and spoke with a very confused employee that could not even find my order. Did not deliver $164 arrangement for our anniversary, told us the driver "got into an accident", then they marked the flowers as "delivered" and never did. Called and emailed back multiple times, they completely ignored us. Disputing the charges with bank - will take further legal action if needed. DO NOT USE!
Not just no, but hell no. My husband ordered flowers for me for my first Mother’s Day and they delivered them to the wrong apartment, it’s not the hard to find our apartment. An idiot could do it so I’m not sure what kind of people they have delivering flowers. Someone named Judy signed for my flowers, so screw you Judy, you know those were t for you. Ordered roses to be delivered to my wife at work on mothers day.... specifically told them she works from 8am-2pm on Sunday. Well she just got home with NO mothers days flowers (my account has been charged). At one point, the best florist in the area. Not sure what happened, but quality and service is SO bad now. The last arrangement I ordered looked like it was put together by a kid, I could have purchased one for a fraction of the cost and would have looked better from a grocery store. I gave them another try for this Mother’s Day, from the moment I called, the phone service was terrible and they never sent a confirmation or delivered the flowers. Highly disappointed. Ordered my wife red roses today and got home to see them and they look nothing like the picture. Skimpy and gaps all throughout for $82. Will not be a returning customer.
