I understand things happen when leasing a apartment for our kids. However, your flooding issues this week have not only out kids out of their apartments and cost the parents more money but, your lack of follow up, lack of concern, sloppy clean up etc is not acceptable! You have young kids working in your office that clearly need customer service training. After being relocated to a hotel for 3 days now you have the audacity to request almost $90 dollars for a key! Stinks of urine, wild parties, trash strode everywhere, gates don't work, can't get anything repaired. Nothing like the model apartment at all, our unit was dirty upon move in. Do not recommend especially for the price.

Hey y'all need to take management classes or something because I have not gotten calls from at all. It takes forever to hear back. I keep getting yalls stupid answer services and you guys don't respond back. Very disappointed in this place.
