Jan. 1st move in date, Jan. 1st rent due, Jan. 1st , hmmm, so we ask "are you open, some places are closed, will someone be there for me (my son) to move in" "yes we will have regular hours". So we check the website for holiday hours and there's nothing posted except regular hours. We check our emails, nothing there except 'rent is due'. I heard new management took over this school year. When we signed, we were told they would have Tuesday taco days, movies and popcorn, treats for the students on certain days, pool parties.... Stuff to get the tenants to meet each other. My daughter said they have done NONE of those this school year 15-16. My daughter also has horrible issues with ants...the exterminator has come 3 times and the ants are still there. It takes forever to get anything fixed... I doubt my daughter will be there next year!!!!
Parents dont be fooled i put my daughter here thinking she would be safe while she got her ed. At colloge the gates are ALWAYS OPEN all kinds of people use there amminities so much my daughter does not feel safe working out or trying to go swimming they are more expensive then most any other apartment because of all they offer but if u have a young daughter here thinking it safe, think again.! When my daughter comes home from work there are so many cars in the parking lot ( behind ) her security gateshe cant find parking and... read more
