The security gate has not worked since march 2021. If you are moving there for safety I advise not to.
I should not have to relocate buildings or floors for a rude and inconsiderate tenant. My roommate and I are buying hotels because of how bad the noise is and guess what the front office has done between the 5-10 complaints. Called. Lol. Their excuse is the apartments don’t have carpet which sounds like a design issue and has nothing to do with me. Honestly, a lot has grown to annoy me ever since 2020. Yes, generally my experience here has been ok. Thankful for the shuttle and the occasional events. However, maintenance is lazy. My alarm for my apartment does not even work. I put in a request and no one ever came back to check or fix or do anything. I let it be simply because I do not like the maintenance man and want him nowhere near my apartment. The lack of consideration by residents with pets is honestly disturbing. can you please have them fix the internet jesus christ it's been so spotty since this so called upgrade. I'm tired of calling and arguing and it's quite frankly b.s. this apartment complex is a joke. Cant provide the services they claim and charge a+ pricing. Internet has been an issue for months now and the solution we got was call the provider yourself. wich still gets nowhere. My air conditioning went out today and I couldn't even tell you how many times it's happened before. The gates never work but they could afford new unnecessary electronic key fobs. People don't pick up after their dogs. and they nickle and dime you every chance they can. I'm going out of my way to tell people to stay away from this place. Oh and the internet only works when it wants to and takes union breaks every hour.
Literally nothing to complain about besides the people who have dogs and don’t pick up after them.

I’ve been living here since August and still continue to experience ONGOING WiFi issues that have yet to be resolved. I am so fed up with the lack of corporation that this management has made. Pretty much everyday that I’ve lived here there has a been a post made on our community wall relating to the ridiculous WiFi issue. How are students supposed to get work done, or even just watch tv after work or class. My phone service here is slim to none without the WiFi so yes, it’s VERY frustrating.
