Chairs were uncomfortable and table nearby was very loud and being encouraged by the waiter. Took away from our evening out but food and our service were very good.
Fantastic location with East parking garage a few steps away. Across the street from Bottle Works hotel and all the fun things on Mass Ave. The staff were amazing, food was above average for upscale dining, drinks were very nice.
The experience was very amazing. Service: our waitress was absolutely incredible. She honestly was the highlight of our night. She was bubbly, attentive, friendly, helpful - all the qualities to an amazing person and experience! Ambience: the vibes were nice. We had a great time. Our server Diego was wonderful. Food was very good. It is very pricey so it’s not a place we would go often but it’s worth it for a special occasion.
We enjoyed excellent service and delicious food. The atmosphere is very fun - it's an elegant and cozy dining room and the glass walls let you look out on the Mass Ave/Bottle works district. The cocktails we got were somewhat overpriced for how small they were, but the lobster dip, the meatloaf, and the mushroom pasta dishes were all absolutely delicious. We will definitely come back.

Overall great history at the Fountain room and the atmosphere reflects it all. From the hostess to the server everyone was attentive, not rushed and very attentive to be sure we had exactly what we needed
Zacharias took wonderful care of us and helped us to celebrate a family member’s birthday. Food and drinks were delicious! Thanks!
Great experience! The cocktails were good, steaks were very flavorful, and the sides were awesome as well!
