Steak was great. Whipped potatoes were ok. Brussels were decent. Cheesecake fair. Great old-fashioned. Lose the corporate up charge, or you may sour future patronage over a small percentage of expenditure.

Our first visit to The Fountain Room and we were congratulated on our anniversary by the host, and then found a Happy Anniversary card signed by the staff at our table. The server Chelsea was very attentive, offered great suggestions, surprised us with a complimentary dessert to celebrate. Nice space. Food was good not great. Our server was fair, others seemed better.
My husband and i had a very delicious dinner. We had melted brie ( to die for!) the meatloaf and pork chop and we finished strong with a shared grasshopper dessert! Excellent evening! We ll be back!
Neil is a smart and sensible server with a good menu to support him.
I loved our experience. The waiter was very attentive, but not overwhelming. The food was amazing! The only thing i didn't like was the house bread as it was very bland even with the cinnamon butter. My only complaint is that i feel like a restaurant this nice should have an age limit. It was a bummer to have 2 screaming toddlers interrupt our date night almost the entire time we were there.
