Estimator went overboard being honest and candid: we asked about installing solar protection in our loft window, our only window facing west in a room that get hot in the summer. He said it would cost over $200 to replace each of the two panes, and he recommended against doing it. Think about that! We had a very large mirror removed from our living room wall. I appreciated that the folks at The Glass Guru made sure I understood all of the possibilities and scheduled promptly.
