Estimator went overboard being honest and candid: we asked about installing solar protection in our loft window, our only window facing west in a room that get hot in the summer. He said it would cost over $200 to replace each of the two panes, and he recommended against doing it. Think about that! The installer worked dilligently and efficiently to replace the panes in our windows. He explained what he was doing, and was enjoyable to chat with. He did a great job.
