On time, professional did a great job.
Estimator went overboard being honest and candid: we asked about installing solar protection in our loft window, our only window facing west in a room that get hot in the summer. He said it would cost over $200 to replace each of the two panes, and he recommended against doing it. Think about that! We had a very large mirror removed from our living room wall. I appreciated that the folks at The Glass Guru made sure I understood all of the possibilities and scheduled promptly. The removal ultimately took only 30 minutes and I am extremely pleased. Everyone was friendly and efficient and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
Horrible experience. Glass door was broken in August 2023. They came within a few days for estimate. They started they would follow up. I never received any calls. I followed up with them multiple times on when glass would be in, they said they would call. I finally talk to someone on 10/16/23. They stated glass was in for a couple weeks and they forgot to call. They set appointment for repair on 11/26 at 230p. I had them do a shower glass install. The glass came in on July 1 and they scheduled the install on July 8. On July 8 they no showed me and didn’t do the install. We rescheduled for July 15th and the came and only installed one of the two panels. They forgot a tool to install the other panel. Reschedule the install for July 19th…once again, no contractor came to install. At this point I just asked for my money back and found another company to install the final panel.
