Glass guru took two weeks to come out to my house to quote fixing some window seals. Even after they came to my house I waited 4 days to get my quote and had to call them to have it sent. I then called multiple times and left a message that was never returned. When I finally got ahold a someone I was told that someone would call me back in a week to set up an appointment to fix the window. Due to the poor service I decided not to use them. The glass guru of Columbus is the epitome of incompetence. After my new window installation, I found a huge shard of broken glass in the flower bed AND little pieces of glass in the living room carpet. How dangerous! In addition, they damaged and bent some screen frames upon re-installation. Also, they left a light on for 5 days in between the two install dates AND some of the new window panes are very dirty with finger prints and water marks. This is the third time we have used The Glass Guru and they did an excellent job. Their prices are very reasonable. Trevor and Brian were quick, efficient, and considerate. My new windows let in the beautiful view of spring coming to our woodland home.
Trevor was a true professional. Thank you for replacing the window in dining room and glass in back door at our house. Done a great job. Seems like he takes great pride in his work. Employees like him are what helps a company grow. He even took 5 min to fix back door that had been sticking. Keep young men like him.
