WARNING: DO NOT USE GLASS GURU SERVICES. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I had the worst contractor experiences with this company. They came to do the work, broke my window, and left. They failed to communicate with me on the timing to get back to fix the window, so I reached out. They said they would get back to me by certain dates, and never met those deadlines. If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! It was raining on the day my appointment was scheduled, so instead of calling that morning to reschedule, they decide to wait until AN HOUR after my scheduled appointment to tell me they have to reschedule. I missed 6 hours of work to be home for this appointment so I said I wanted money taken off the final bill or I want my down payment refunded and the GM told me NO.

We try as best as possible to keep appointments but now we have to be responsible for the weather? We can't control it. We can't cancel the morning of because how many times does it quit raining during the day? We'd never get anything done. She thinks she's entitled to a discount because it rained? Telling my contractor friends not to do business with her

RecommendedI have had windows replaced on two occasions from Glass Guru. They always call to remind me when they are coming. They are always on time,courteous, and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I called to schedule an estimate for their proprietary system that fixes foggy windows and they came out and pulled a bait and switch quoting prices to replace the panes of glass instead of doing the treatment. I was not home so I called the next day and they said they have not had the kits since September 2019 so they cannot provide that service. Terrible owner! Dave the owner did my estimate (which I thought was low) so I called back to check it was correct it was. They came and did the job but didn’t fix both windows which I specifically asked about during the estimate process. Owner came back to look and admitted to not seeing all the damage and not including in estimate, but won’t fix it for the estimated amount. Sorry but we will not be a party to insurance fraud. Customer had a window damaged by the states mowers. She is wanting a window fixed that has a bb or bullet hole in it. That is not damage from a lawn mower
