We've used Glass Guru probably... 4 separate times? The time had come to replace 6 panes due to fogging, but I think that at this point they have replaced every pane in our house over time. The folks that come out and the folks back at the office are all very professional and very quality conscious. James H and Jayce C moved through the install without a hitch, completing all 6 panes in less than the estimated install time. I don't worry about glass panes - I just call Glass Guru.
My experience with The Glass Guru of Austin- North was great. I received great service from the initial estimate thru the install. Clint S. and David R. did a great job on the install. They were both quick and professional. The new glass looks great.
