Dean Snyder and Jacob Sanmiguel were very prompt. They showed up 5 minutes early and rang the doorbell at the appointment time of 8am. Both glaziers were very professional and wasted no time in starting the replacement. I was happily surprised that they finished the job in only 1 hour.
