Our new home began to have defective windows and have moisture issues after the 1 year warranty expired and needed to be replaced. We got an appointment quickly with Glass Guru and the windows were ordered and installed efficiently. The process was all in a timely manner. If the new windows somehow become defective, they will replace them. We would use Glass Guru again if we have future problems with windows.

The Glass Guru replaced the glass of a double panel window that was broken. Their team was easy to work with, prompt and did a great job matching the existing windows in our home. Victor's install work was perfect, quick, and very tidy. I'll definitely be using them again if the need arises.

I am so impressed by Glass Guru! The installer Dean Snyder was awesome. He showed up a few minutes early and waited in his truck to be exactly on time. He is a skilled, detailed and efficient window installer. He did a awesome job and cleaned up and left my home looking great! I love my new glass / window replacements as my view is beautiful.
