Victor was pleasant, on time to the minute, very helpful and friendly and replaced the broken glass on my single pane, old style encasement craftsman window. He was extremely professional and got the job done impressively. Nobody ever wants to “need” broken window repair but this was a fast, very pleasant experience from the estimate to the completion. Would recommend to anyone!
Great process and Jason S and Dean S were great and installing the glass quickly and communicating before letting me know their ETA. They also answered all of the questions I had.
Victor was wonderful! He was right on time, polite, knowledgeable about the window installation as well as how to take down and put back up the window blind. The window looks great and I’m very pleased with the process!
