REFUSED TO GIVE ME DOCTOR RECORDS, WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER, TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE, NEVER ANSWERS CALLS, WILL WASTE YOUR TIME, SAY THEY CAN HELP SEND YOU DO DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS AND THEN SAY THEY CANNOT TAKE YOU AS A CLIENT. I DID EXACTLY EVERYTHING THEY ADVISED, EXCEPT WHEN ASKING FOR RECORDS OF DOCTOR VISIT DETAILS, THEY REFUSED. THIS LAW FIRM LEADS ME TO BELIEVE MAYBE THEY AREN'T ETHICAL. This firm has been so out of sync! They lack consistency and true concern for the well-being of their clients. My son was injured in a car accident almost 2 years ago. Considerably, had I not called the office within the last 2 months; this firm would have allowed the statue of limitations to expire on his case and recovers nothing. Thank God that I've some legal knowledge; enough to realize when there is a vested interest in a claim/client or just a minimal means of attaining 33 1/3% of their recovery. I used this service for my car accident it took them almost two years to get my claim and I didn’t not receive any of my lost wages from being off work seem like fought hard to receive there money and left me out. I lost wages didn’t get that at all. Now hate I referred my friend to this company.

My wife n I hired this firm and got Ryan Roger's n Juan Aguirre n Carol Davis just the worst case representing for our case almost 1 yr since the accident. We been lied to thru the hole process u can't make no complaints. U must listen to the lies. We were told settlement has been made check n the mail that was 2mos ago. Call today check never been sent we just tired of this firm wish we could end the contract.

It has been 2 1/2 years since I was tboned by a truck. I only hear from Priscilla if I call. It has been 6 months since I have heard from her and that was after I called after not hearing from her for several months. I am still in pain from the accident. Bill collection is calling saying they have not heard from my lawyer. I have had a bill placed on my credit report, was told not to use my insurance to file claims. If I could give them zero stars I would. That’s exactly what they have earned. I was told since December 4th that my case was held up due to Medicaid which was a lie. After no updates I reached out to the hospital myself and the whole time the attorney could have followed the procedure to get the medical bills and did not. I supplied them with the info April 15th and called today May 12 and they didn’t bother to use that and have a status on my case as proceeding to negotiations without medical bills. Been dealing with a case since june 2019 , with Ryan rogers , he doesn’t communicate well and never responds back to emails or calls or voicemails every time I do get a piece of new things about my case it’s just goes back in circles.

There is something very strange going on at this law firm, I can never reach my claim handler; Since 07/2021 I have changed claim overseer 4 different times. I feel sorry for that poor receptionist, bless her heart! she tries to transfer no one ever picks up, and I can sense the the frustration in her voice, like it's a normal practice of theirs.
