this is the second time I have tried to reach out to this firm and the service is bad. I have requested several times that mr.godsey or mr. martin contact me in reguards to an accicdent and they always say there not available I don't understand why I cant talk to the owners of the firm. if one of yall are reading this please reach out to me a.s.a.p. robin hallman is my name and my contact info was left online

This law firm is a joke...3 years later no $..was rear ended my case went through at Least 20 different people..had to go through bullshit only to be told after spending months in their doctor's office only to be told in the state of Texas you can only get a maximum of $30k no matter what means that after they fuck me with their Dr high therapy bills and treatment that did nothing and lawyers fees the law firm of godsey Martin will have more $ then me who is now fucken handicapped from this teen driver...a total joke and ano... read more

Please beware do not use them I had a car accident in June 2017 lost my baby yes lost a baby girl they do not return calls I had to send emails for updates police report stated the 18 wheeler merged onto my lane and had an Eye Witness who stated the 18 wheeler merged on me! I do not recommend this firm to anyone. They took my car accident case and did not do anything for a year. During this time, the only contact I had with them, was when I called to check the status. Having my case a year and not obtaining the photos that they said they had, my case was transferred because they told me that they were too busy to represent me. Advertisements are nice. That was the reason I went to them. But there was no action behind their eloquent words. Listen to the ads but go somewhere else if you want... read more

I’ve been done with my case almost 6 months now. The Houston office has very poor commutation skills. They changed the agent that was working with me. I don’t know who the new agent is because she has never contacted me to even let me know she took over my case. I have to go in the office to get any kind of answers because no one will ever call me back to give me an up date on my case. I would never recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

I am a client. I feel they have given me the run around. I can never get an answer when I call. The part about getting your call back by the end of the day or within 24 hours lies. I am not taking away from the community work they do but, as representing me I have never felt so alone and disappointed. Never following through with our conversation. I have had a case open with Marlin Rodriguez since Sept 2018. The lack of communication with these ppl are RIDICULOUS. I have only talked to my lawyer once and he hasn’t called me in almost a month! At this point I am over the whole case! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM!
