Although I understand this firm deals with a great magnitude of clients, the level of client service rendered doesn’t even deserve 1star. After many requests to speak with my attorney or anyone who actually cares with in the last 8 months, it still remains unsuccessful. I am glad to see that everyone has had an awesome experience because all I have gotten is the passed around from one person to the next rude person since I brought the case October 2019 and no one ever calls for updates. The last update I received was when I called and asked for one on February 5, 2021. The lady was rude and said she wasn't due to call me until the 17th. I don't even know if I am client anymore. Latesheia Arnold took care of me today. I called and left a message last night and she called me back today. I told her the problem I was having and low and behold she resolved my issue. You Rock!!! Since the first time I spoke with her all the way til now she has not let me down. I am very impressed! I'm happy that I made the choice to use this law firm.

**Poor Communication & Responsive Level** Got in touch with Godsey's firm based on the interesting commercial I saw online at the time that I was involved in a vehicle accident that resulted in personal injury. Its been over a year now and case is still pending without a positive outcome from the litigation team I was assigned to. Communication is absolutely poor and as I write, I am not even sure the current status of my case.

I'm writing this review because I am not satisfied with the level of customer service that I receive from my representative here. it all started back in April when I received the call from a representative letting me know that my case was in the negotiation stage and that I would hear from her within two weeks as far as an answer. Needless to say I waited a whole month after that and still haven't heard back from my representative.
