Verified Renter This is a very nice community, the location is great and the people and residents are great. The views are amazing, a lot of space and a lot of good vibes. Me and my partner came from the valley in chandler so it’s very much different and peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for

Verified Renter There were many hiccups with moving in. It’s very difficult to get in contact with leasing team, especially after applying and even more so when you move in. Many things did not work upon move in, but the unit was pretty clean. It’s just a huge lack in communication from the leasing office to the community so good luck if you need anything immediately. Verified Renter My experience at Golf Villas Apts. continues to be wonderful. The apartment has everything I need and is very comfortable. The rent is affordable, and the whole staff is great to work with. The apartment is centrally located, near shopping, medical, and entertainment. There is even a transportation service available through Sun Shuttle Dial-A-Ride. It's a great place to live!

Verified Renter Love, love the apartment layout, the office staff and how close I am to shopping. There were a few hiccups in terms of appliances not operational on move in day but I am hopeful they will be addressed quickly.
