I've visited this community a few times when visiting a friend, and from what I have seen they are one of the best! The staff is absolutely great, the facility itself is very clean and well kept, and it looks like they've got a lot to offer their residents. They even do a great job with the food, I like that the dining room feels more like a restaurant than a cafeteria.

My mother has only been there a month and nothing's come up yet as far as problems. The food is very good. She likes it a lot. She's taking some time adjusting to being away from her home in Utah but other than that she likes it. They have movies and they do card games - they do several things during the day. I guess if there was one thing, I wish they did a little bit more off the premises. They do go on a lunch trip on Wednesdays and a drive on Sundays but that's all that I've seen off the premises. We chose Sunrise because they had vacancy and offer different levels of care. With the different levels of care we would not have to move our loved one if she needed higher level of care. The community is very clean and the staff is very proficient. We are very satisfied with Sunrise and would recommend them to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

It has been an overall positive experience! My mom is very happy there. Her studio is spacious with even a queen size bed. The staff is friendly and when walking around with my mom they greet her by name. The food is good! It feels like you're dining in a high end restaurant. The building is clean and welcoming! I would say we couldn't have found a better place for our mom to live.

The Grove is a beautiful, friendly place! I enjoyed the visit and meeting the people that were there! They would meet all the needs for my Mom!

he place is really clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Her medication, showers and laundry are done on time and activities that are posted for the day always take place. The food is very good and they cater to her specific requests. The studio apartment is much more spacious than her previous apartment at a different facility. Overall so far we are very pleased with The Grove. I would probably have to note that It's a little more costly but worth the price for quality care and great environment.

Since the Grove has become part of the Wellquest, conglomerate things have changed considerably and not in a good way. There is an obvious shortage of staff, a lack of concern for patients, they routinely run out of food, and some of the residence live in fear of being thrown out of the facility. My husband is going to be writing a detailed review on the Grove and probably an article on his blog where we detail many of the things that we were frustrated over. I did find it was the least efficient during transition of ownership and she had passed b4 Grove took over. She broke her hip from a fall in the night to the bathroom alone. She had Dementia, so should not have been going to bathroom alone. So, I question the rounds of how often patients were being checked for safety and needs in the night.
