Excellent! I have lived at the Heights for about 4 years now and I love it. I don't want to leave! The management is great. Amenities are great and so is the location!
Maintenance is awesome. Been living at Towne Lake Heights for almost 2 years now the office staff is great as well as the maintenance guys. My only issue is parking at night but overall its a great place to live.
The Heights at Towne Lake First of all the area and schools are amazing everything is close. Other than traffic jams on the I-575 you get to your destination without any issues. The apartments are within a gated community with a nice pool and good scenery ;) The apartments are spacious enough for a small family and clean they also have cleaning crews that keep the grounds pretty well maintained. I lived at the Heights for 2 years, and I loved it! I felt so safe, people were freindly, it was quite, the price was fantastic and the leasing office staff were so great and helpful! Would highly recommend this apartment complex!
Lived here for a few months now. New staff is great. Apartments are really pretty. The other poeple that live here seem to be nice. I feel safe here. Whenever I need anything always get a smile.
I've lived here for three years. I think the office staff is helpful and pleasant to work with. Maintenance is awesome! I can phone today and have it taken care of within a few days!!!! Like all apartments, parking after 7 is crazy and some folks don't pick up after their pets. All in all it's a good complex and good staff.
Just moved here from Denver CO, and found the staff to be friendly. The apartment is GREAT! I love the community and the residence seem so friendly. Very clean property and the Manager of the community is extremely pleasent to work with, no pressure. I had a couple things that needed to be worked on and they got right on it and took care of it. This is a place I would tell all of my friends about.
I've lived here for 3 years and am moving out of the state. This is the best apartment complex at which I've ever stayed. The management is warm and friendly, very responsive to any requests, and the maintenance staff is just as friendly, available and competent. The grounds are very well kept (like clockwork). It's been like a home to me. Only sorry I must leave it. Highly recommend it.
I am sure the tennant was in default, but the baby clothes and furniture tossed on the street, like trash.......Management should be ashamed of themselves. I saw the belongings....scattered all over the curbed...picked through.....hope the staff never falls on times like that....but then again, maybe they deserve it.
