grounds poorly kept dog poo all around apartment complex. cant walk around without steppn in it.
These apartments are cheaply made, so you hear everything your neighbors are doing. When you move out, they will do anything they can to keep your deposit, they charge for petty cleaning, or if you didn't empty your ice tray.
Walls and floors are paper-thin - you can hear everything out in the hallway or in apts attached to yours. Cigarette smoke from attached apts. makes your apt. and clothes smell like you smoke. Extremely cheap quality berber carpet that you can't use a carpet cleaner on and they make sure you pay for it when you leave. Huge speed bumps are ridiculous; way to many of them. I'm sooo glad I'm out...
