Okay, I have lived here for almost 2 years now. I would definitely say the mgmt has had a rocky road. Maintenance staff does the work pretty quickly, but are not too bright. I have had to call them back for half repairs or repairing the wrong thing before. Overall though, I have loved the look of the apartment and been pleased. My neighbors are fairly quiet and i have no complaints there, but I...

Good place to live. I am a police officer and I am regularly out and about looking around and everything looks great

I have lived at the Heights for two years now. Wonderful experience! Maintenance responds quickly, even when paged after hours. Apartments are super nice. Not the generic apartment! Definitely the best place to live in Woodstock!

I just recently moved to the Heights and so far it has been a wonderful experience. Not only has the staff been more than willing to help me w/ anything I need, but the property is beautiful! I couldn't ask for a better place to live in the Towne Lake area. Thanks for making my move as easy as possible, I'm not sure if I'll ever buy a home now!

I've been here since 2003 and have seen 2 or 3 companies manage here. The new company is great. The office staff is friendly and attentive. Maintenance does a great job. This is still the best place in Woodstock to rent.

I picked this apartment over several others which were also less than a mile from my work. The complex is a little smaller than the others, it was the lowest priced, and closest to a bar. The fact that the discounts have to be paid back if the lease is broken is pretty scary, but that isn't quite as annoying as the mid-life crisis jerks riding their harley's around the parking lot on weekends.

The Heights are pretty apartments on the outside and the location is great. However, that is all the positive things is has to offer (maintencance is good though). The office staff constantly changes, and none of them are ever nice. They are cold and unfriendly once you get moved in. The pool does not stay open much at all in the summer. Count on not getting your deposit back as they will do...

The apartments are beautiful. The rules of the complex are like living in jail!! No pool on mondays! Pool closes at 10!! Etc., etc.

The office staff is rude and not helpful at all. In addition, they try to screw you every time you turn around. Read your lease very carefully and memorize it so that you can fight with them. When you try to go over one particular person's head, they just send you back to her. An awful experience. I do not recommend, and I will not be renewing my lease. In fact, I plan to break my current one....
