It was one thing after another! I get it takes sometime but asking for things almost 3 months later than having resend because of the 30 days expiration date! Asking for things that are public record. Having to continuously send things in that could have been asked for in the beginning!. There was absolutely no communication unless we called/emailed to ask what was going on! We knew nothing through the WHOLE process

The team needs to plan better and be more organized rather than asking for documentation a couple of days before the closing date, especially when I have reached out numerous times beforehand to make sure no other documentation is needed. Be more organized in meeting deadlines and please communicate (respond back) to your customers.

I am very thankful to each and every person that worked on my cash out refinance. My situation was a bit unusual with an old lein on the home with a lein holder that went into bankruptcy!! Tracking down the owner of that lein and the background work that it involved proved to be more than difficult. I know any other company would have turned me away. The Hendrick team was patient and worked through each roadblock! We are truly grateful and we can't wait to swim in our new pool!

Unfortunate sequence of lack in communication with Hendrick team. Mass amount of stress and frustration could have been avoided had team Hendrick communicated properly, and avoided making false promises. Poor business ethics.

I think you guys should give people the best rate they can get even if it cost you a little money on the back end. I fee it’s important to take care of people and that way they are much more willing to recommend and vouch for you.

I've enjoyed working with the Hendrick Team. And yes, they are a team. Every my buyer or myself calls in, whoever answers the call is able to help us. I have always had pleasant experiences with the Hendricks team, however this last experience was very challenging and frustrating for me. I feel that the communication could have been better.

This was our second time purchasing a home and it was a bit more choppy than our experience beforehand. We didn’t receive as much guidance as the first time which lead to us possibly having to move our closing date. Everyone was very nice though! We would have just preferred a bit more of smoother experience.

I believe my experiences have been a little jaded just because I purchased a home during COVID19. However, at times I felt like I was the one reaching out for the next step or I would speak with one of the reps, have everything in order(confirmed by rep) and then the next day a document "I didn't fill out" comes up. It was frustrating at times, but overall I would say an okay experience - I would not deter someone from V.I.P Mortgage but I would share my experience.
