Better communication. Up until the end of the process, we had to frequently request updates, the inquiries occurring as deadlines passed. As we prepared for closing, the communication improved. The overall process was a little challenging, leaving us feeling the need to monitor the flow versus confidence of its progression. A simple email advising of status would have provided a more positive experience.

Amy was the worst. She was always rude on the phone, never understanding and always appeared to be disorganized. I originally tried to establish my loan through Brandon but I got passed to her which made me feel slided. I feel as though things would have went smoother, had i not been passed around from person to person. My home loan was a mess and not once was there an I'm sorry. Even when it went to closing, they had all the financials wrong even though I had verified 3 times

Better communication about the process w/ expectations of what I had to do & internaly there was a lack of as well. I was the one reaching out for follow through, instead of having a proactive approach from the various parties involved. Several people reached out to me in various capacities about different things, & didnt connect with others prior to (ie I got an email asking me if I wanted insurance info, I responded yes & then never heard back, an email about buying when already in the in proc

Learn about the client's financial status and how short sales and other past and current situations of applicants would affect the loan process. Virtually no investigation took place at the beginning to understand Christine, Albert or my situation, resulting in 2 of the 3 being eliminated, the close being delayed nearly two months, almost losing out on the house and at an additional cost that might have been avoided. We had good experience the first time with you, but not this time.
