Although we had been planning on eventually purchasing a home in the Fulshear/Richmond area to retire to, I assumed we would need quite some time to learn about the area and what was available prior to making a purchase. As first time homebuyers, me and my family knew absolutely nothing about the process and to make matters worse we were looking to move to Texas from New York making it that much more stressful. I was a first time homebuyer and Dawn helped guide me throughout the entire process. She held my hand when I needed it and let me take control when I wanted. We looked for houses for about 2 months before finding a house that was my style. Dawn knew what to do when things didn't go as planned and then proceeded to develop a strategy to move forward. Dawn Watts was a wonderful real estate agent and guided us very well in the home buying process. We were out of town moving to Houston and she helped us all the way. She also negotiated a good deal and was always on our side in the home buying process process. She was patient and did not rush us to get through a deal. I would definitely recommend her.
