Dixie assisted with the purchase of our new home in Katy. She provided a lot of good information which was certainly very helpful for first time home buyers, which we were. She always made herself available and responded to phone calls and emails promptly. Upon having an accepted offer, she was very helpful in getting us all the information we needed from the builder. Our experience with Dixie was great. Dixie showed us numerous homes, when we decided to build she found our dream property and supported us through a long purchasing negotiation process. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor, and I personally would not use anyone else.

In 2013 I meet Dixie through a reference from a friend. Those who know me know that I am a picky guy especially when it comes to "customer service", so they wouldn't take my comments lightly. Dixie is an extremely organized, honest, and knowledgeable agent for my wife an I. Dixie Hightower was always there when we needed her, such as when we needed to make repairs in order to maximize our value upon sale of our house. She made contact for us with a contractor who did excellent work, on time and at a quite reasonable price. We got top dollar for our house and were extremely pleased with the whole process. I recommend Dixie for all of your residential needs, buying or selling.

I was impressed with not only the hard work that Dixie provided for me, but for the compassion and care that she put into my search and safety of the areas that we were looking in. I am a single mom and her and her husband seemed to really watch out for me-like a family member. I would recommend and use her in the future without hesitation.

Dixie helped me purchase a house in March 2013 and did an excellent job. We are moving again and she was extremely helpful in the negotiations on this house, as well confirming that I was making a good choice on the house and location. She is extremely helpful and dedicated to her clients. I felt like Dixie was a long-time friend almost immediately and really appreciate her experience and honesty. I had not bought in thirty years, she sold my house and helped me buy a house in less than two month, Dixie is warm, knowledgeable, and the best. I plan on selling this home and using her again.
