I usually use referrals. However the house we bought was "attached" to Sherry as the agent. So we had to go with her. Well, it could not have gone better! We were so blessed to have Sherry as our buying agent!

Dixie was great, very responsive, put up with all of our impatient questions and had a great eye for detail. We gave her several houses we wanted to see and she had some ideas of her own and in the end she showed us the perfect house and helped us through a very quick closing.

Sherry is the best. The Communication with her was so easy, with Explanations clear and to the fact . She worked very close with us to find our perfect forever home with every thing we wanted in the price range we wanted to pay. We didn't have to give in on any of our wants and needs for a home. I have found a life long friend in Sherry. I gave several realtors the chance to show me they wanted to work with us. THEY FAILED THE FIRST TEST. REALLY, Sherry gets 10 stars from us. My husband and I had to do a cross country move from Ohio to Texas. June did an excellent job in helping us find a place. Every time I had a question or concern she got back to me within the hour. She not only has great communication skills but also truly cares about her clients. I will definitely use her in the future!

June was extremely accommodating, always made time (the same day as request) to show us a house or answer any questions we had. June was knowledgeable on each home before showing and if she didn't know an answer on the spot, she got the answer as soon as possible. June also allowed us to view the home ourselves and then joined us to point out certain features as first time home buyers we may not have noticed. Overall, she couldn't have been a better agent.

Being a first time home buyer I was quite nervous about the process. Lance had an excellent knowledge of the area I was interested in, comparative home values and financing options. He was always available to answer my questions in a very pleasant manner and give me the reassurance I needed. He had a team of helpful people who stayed in touch during the purchasing process, the closing and the follow up afterwards. I will call on the Hightower Team for my next home purchase and recommend Lance whenever I have the opportunity.
