Travis was the best realtor I could have asked for. Moving from Minnesota I had no knowledge of the area however Travis kept my new place of work in mind with every property we viewed. I have been in real estate for 20 plus years in California. Moved here and had to find an agent. I have to say Travis is by far the most professional and knowledge agent I have ever worked with and I've dealt with hundreds. He's a great communicator and is always on top of everything. I could not express enough if your still searching for an agent look no further.
Travis was able to make our moving process very quick and easy. My roommate and I gave him a list of different houses to see. He was prepared to discuss everything about each home. The home we decided to go with was on the market for only 1 day and now I am writing this review in this home. Travis is great! Definitely will go to him in the future!
Travis helped us sell one home and find and purchase the next one. Travis was great from the start. Very knowledgeable through the whole process and always available to answer questions when needed. Always felt well represented with Travis and saw first hand how his hard work and professionalism paid off during closing. Travis helped me locate an apartment in November 2017. On very short notice he identified several apartments that fit my criteria and had availability, then was integral at touring the apartments with me and "backing me up" when making the choice. After deciding, he negotiated a $1000 lease concession too. I would recommend Travis for any type of realty search.
Travis met us over the holidays to make sure we can could see the property we were interested in. It was a really inconvenient time, but he worked it out to our benefit. Travis has been excellent to work with throughout!
