Travis met us over the holidays to make sure we can could see the property we were interested in. It was a really inconvenient time, but he worked it out to our benefit. Travis has been excellent to work with throughout!

Travis did an excellent job assessing the local market and pricing our home well; price range was high $700k. We sold within 12 days at a very good price. During the price negotiations he was very capable in representing us. In addition, he was very knowledgeable with regard to a mover we needed.

I had pleasure of working with Travis when looking for my home. From day one, Travis was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Travis was quick to handle any issues. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my realtor will be.
Best in the business if you were to ask me! He listed my rental property for lease and got me the best tenant with more money then I thought possible. He is also help my wife and I with our new construction build. He has been there every step of the way and asked the questions I wouldn't know to ask. He will also be listing my current home next month.
