Travis helped me locate an apartment in November 2017. On very short notice he identified several apartments that fit my criteria and had availability, then was integral at touring the apartments with me and "backing me up" when making the choice. After deciding, he negotiated a $1000 lease concession too. I would recommend Travis for any type of realty search.
Travis met us over the holidays to make sure we can could see the property we were interested in. It was a really inconvenient time, but he worked it out to our benefit. Travis has been excellent to work with throughout!

Travis did an excellent job assessing the local market and pricing our home well; price range was high $700k. We sold within 12 days at a very good price. During the price negotiations he was very capable in representing us. In addition, he was very knowledgeable with regard to a mover we needed.

I had pleasure of working with Travis when looking for my home. From day one, Travis was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for.
