I've been fighting an injury case that happened in 2014 still going on and it's almost 2018. I rarely hear from my lawyer (Patrick Shifley) if it weren't for me spamming him with emails I doubt id ever hear from them. Previous to Patrick I've had 3 other lawyers that have either quit or moved on to another firm or different department (that's what I'm told). All in all Im still dealing with lower lumbar back pain with no therapy nor meds. I suggest doing some research before hiring these guys.
This law firm got me very little from 2 different injuries. I have. Extreme swelling in my legs especially the right one a torn meniscus with no ACL, and a torn shoulder. I am on medication 7 medications just to improve my quality of life. 4 of them is due to my injuries. They settled on 5500. and took a year after I settled to finally cut me a check for 85 dollars. Would not recommend this law firm to my worst enemy. Went months without calling me back after months of attempting to contact my attorney. Then they changed my workers comp attorney several times. The worst respond back time i have ever seen. Save yourself the headache and find another lawfirm that will return phone calls and answer emails in a timely manner. The only one that this firm is hammering is there own clients.
This place is a joke! Do not ever use them for a workmans comp case!!! All they do is give you the run around when u call and good luck getting a phone call returned
