This firm is garbage. Almost 2 years and got me shit. I had 4 different lawyers, dworkin or maciarello never answer or call back, wouldnt let me go to court, sued for thumb surgery when i had wrist surgery. They dont know what they are doing. Dworkin or maciarello will never contact you. Ive had other lawyers in the past where i met and talked and went to dinner with the main partners. Liars! You are all liars!! Gerald Connor is the worst one of all thanks for ruining my family. Told Gerald that our family would be homeless and have no power, no response.....he didn't care. Won't tell us if we will need to be at the upccomig hearing. We need to know because we no longer have a car. After 2 years.....and benefits cut with no TTD for over 1 year....This firm changed my attorney 5 times.....2 times with in a week of a trial date......When I was injured at work there were many witnesses and video footage...I provided ALL of this information in the form of a written statement to this firm of exact events, names of all who saw what occurred and the footage/ date event was recorded ..so that the facts of the case could not be altered.... I have never seen lawyers not return calls or tell you whats going on they always have the office girls handling there cases for them im waiting on a settlement check its been a month and a half and noone can tell me whats going on all i want is for them to settle this so i can get on with my life and if he needs to go to court whats the holdup so sick of this.
