If I could go lower than 1 * I would...DORKin lied in a 14 minute initial call..never got ttd started, never heard from in 6+ weeks. WORSE YET, his "little buddy Marcello", whatever the two's real relationship is (?) called me (1st contact in 6+ weeks) saying "It's ok..we represent you now." Talk about non-sensical bullshit. THIS GOOF NEVER FILED MY CASE WITH THE IWCC." READERS GO ELSEWHERE...PLENTY OF HONEST ATTYS...NOT THESE WIMPY SPECIMENS.
I was referred by someone to Dworkin & Maciariello but that was the biggest mistake they dodge your phone calls they really don't talk to they client it seem like a big scam I'm really not satisfied I was better off being my own lawyer.

This firm is no good at All, they don't return calls... and they are not properly representing my case... wont recommend and will be switching attorneys Today.
I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone period they have lied to my wife over and over again never return call secretaries dint give messages to anyone and they try to tell you about thr case really nit all there hyped up to be
After my case was settled, I kept receiving a medical bill that was supposed to be paid off in the amount of $280.00. Dominic maciariello promised that he would take care of it. After about 50 fax requests and about the same number of phone calls to Dominic, he lied every time and never took care of it. So after over three years, I decided to finally pay it out of pocket due to collection agency notices received. I would definitely NOT Recommend this law firm to anyone!!!
