I just had a doctor appointment at Elmhurst Hospital and I noticed a really nice construction site next to the hospital. I see that it's a new memory care community. I will definitely be giving Artis a phone call to learn more. I have a family member who may be needing placement in the next few months so I'd be interested to hear when they open. The place looks incredible so far.

The Activity Director [name removed] was one of the worst Activity Directors I have ever come across. Do not bring your family here if you want them to be or remain active. Not only does she not have the personality you would expect for an activity director she doesn’t even put forth an effort! She was unnecessarily defensive when we would try to ask certain questions and even rude at times, so I hate to think the way she is towards residents!
