Janet the property manager at The Invititonal Apartments is the absolute worst and laziest property manager. We have complained on having roaches in at our unit for almost 2 months now! Janet is refusing to get this fixed for us. We have literal roach poop everywhere. We have pulled ALL of our appliances out and bleached everything. Roaches are coming up from the downstairs unit. UPDATE: Omar the groundskeeper got very disrespectful with me today. Not only has he thrown other peoples trash onto my door step numerous times, today he took it upon himself to aggressively and laughingly tell me I can't walk my dog without a leash. My dog is 6 lbs and I've just spent 1500$ on her collapsed trachea. He continued to laugh and antagonize me and said he was going to tell Janet who I've already spoken to about this issue. Okay, a little bit of a update Janet does seem to get stuff done and listen to you when you have a issue. Yet again maintenance staff has been careless with calling me making me leave work for a maintenance emergency but they notified the wrong apartment and just said the famous "I am sorry".
The Invitational has not been a great experience to say the least. I hope you don't care to have to you water turned off constantly. Then half of the time without a notice of them turning it off. I also hope you don't mind never being able to get in touch with the office or even find them in the office but they will leave a voicemail then not get in touch with you again. Maintenance staff is simply rude and unprofessional about your home.
Terrible management like literally terrible they don't do their job whatsoever if you want peace and quiet avoid this place entirely I'd recommend going to the woodland trails apartments the management does their job and you'll have peace and quiet and it's cheaper this place is literally terrible I'd highly recommend the owner to get new management.
Water water water seems to be a huge issue with this complex, when you're standing with no clothes on turning on the shower water and there is no water and there is no notices and you call the office and they say oh it should be back on in about 30 minutes 30 45 minutes OK well that's the time I go to work but thank you
I rented from here but then broke the lease to move somewhere else. Whenever I called over the phone, they said I'd have to pay a month's rent to break it. That's okay, and that isn't my issue. My issue is when I walked in the office and cancelled the lease, they had NO FREAKING IDEA what I was talking about when I getting ready to pay the $904~ to break the lease, even tho we just spoke about it over the phone. Terrible front office. Don't rent here can find better, for a better price elsewhere in the city. More worried about how the outside looks than the way they take care of the actual appts. & got hidden fee's.
There is nothing good about these apartments. The upstairs neighbors are awful and make noise all night. I have to go to a hotel to sleep because they are up all night. I mean all night, every night. I haven't slept in four months and it's a big joke to the office if you complain. All your told when you rent here is not to call the police. I guess they do not want people knowing the awful condition of the apartment. The walkway is full of water. It's been leaking from the fountain for three months.
